Trying to start my day with better feeling thoughts, woke up around 4 AM and unable to fall back to sleep because of fear, anxiety and worry so tried to take the edge off by laying here listening to the recording from the San Diego 1-21-2012 seminar, which is the seminar that contained the clip that was shared on Saturday. Laying here listening to this clip until it was time to get up and helped also ease the anxiety when I checked my current bank balance before deciding what bills needed to be paid now….this until the day that I am not emotionally moved by looking at my bank balance because I will know that there will always be money there and know the ease and peace of being debt-free and to know this in my reality I must KNOW this emotionally.
