The Word

Suspiros de un amanecer rojo ... by Alfredo Baño on 500px.com

All our words are but crumbs that fall down from the feast of

the mind.
— Kahlil Gibran

My word is the law unto its own manifestation, and will bring
to me or cause me to be brought to its fulfillment.
— “The Science of Mind,” page 57

Thoughts are words unspoken. Words are thoughts
expressed out loud. When we hear “In the beginning was
the word,” we are being reminded that everything begins
in thought. What you think about you bring about. What you
speak will surely be manifested.
Because you are such a powerful creative being, be aware
of what you think and say. Notice I didn’t say be careful. Being
careful has a tinge of fear in it. We never want to speak our word
from a place of fear, because we will create that.
Instead, we want to speak our word from a place of clarity,
conviction and gratitude. Don’t be careful of what you ask for.
Be mindful. Be aware. Rooted in the truth that there is only one
life and that life is your life now, you have the freedom to create
what your heart desires.
I know that life can show up in interesting ways, where it
may not be going in the way we want. However, we can choose
to use those times to stand in what we know: God, Spirit, is all
there is. I am one with all there is. From that stance, we speak
our word for peace, grace, perfect health, prosperity and joy.
Here’s another truth to meditate on: You are the word of God
made flesh, created in the spiritual image and spiritual likeness
of the Divine.

AFFIRMATION

I am the word of God made flesh. I speak my word from a place of
clarity and passion. My word is creative. And so it is.
