The best way to accomplish an improved environment is to focus upon the best things about where you currently are until you flood your own vibrational patterns of thought with appreciation, and in that changed vibration, you can then allow the new-and-improved conditions and circumstances to come into your experience.
Look for good things about where you are, and in your state of appreciation, you lift all self-imposed limitations (and all limitations are self-imposed) and you free yourself for the receiving of wonderful things.

Now, trying to find “good things” through the “Ick” is not an easy task but I have been trying and everything little thing or thought that I can find that helps me “feel good/better” I hold on to and milk it fir as long as I can before the next phone call, message, or person brings more stress/challenges/problems. Its almost like a feeling of being trapped and every time I try to “escape” I am caught and brought back. Which brings me to the “self-imposed limitations” where the key word here is “Self-Imposed” so reading this leads me to believe that “I” am my own captor and guard! Another difficult pill to swallow when on the outside its everything and everyone else but in reality I created (consciously AND unconsciously) this mess! Now I have to step back and take in the while picture that is my current situation & circumstances and just like playing “Gardens of Time” got to find the hidden items (things to feel good and grateful) in this mess and only focus on this until more things appear to also feel and show appreciation and gratitude for. The challenge will be find a calm place to reside and not allow myself to have such strong negative emotional reaction to the undesired things in my life for all I am doing when I do is ”feeding” them and thus will only continue to bring me more of the same undesirable circumstances and situations. Easy to say, harder to do….but must be done!

Rhonda Byrne The Secret… bringing joy to billions
Received this yesterday, not the usual Secret Scrolls message but an important one nonetheless. Reading these words I felt some renewed hope in being able to clean up the mess that is my life and to really know the meaning of Joy and Peace. The one sentence above talking about how people, circumstances, and events can be VERY distracting (the emphasis is mine) and this si where I keep failing and falling short. As mentioned in a previous entry yesterday, whenever I do get (or try to make) some time for myself to find quiet and focus on what is desired, “people, circumstances, and events” snatch me back to this undesired reality and this happened again last night, spent that time stressed all over again! And that stress lead into another restless night.
I have not yet had taken the time to read the first chapter yet but wanted to be sure this got posted first. I intended to have this posted last night AND read that first chapter as part of that overdue quiet Me time but once that bubble was popped the night went downhill from there and never got to this. But making the time this morning to hopeful start the day on a hopeful note and vibration.
Offer a vibration that matches your desire rather than offering a vibration that keeps matching what-is.

The Daily Challenge is “finding AND maintaining” the vibration that matches my desire(s) instead of keep allowing myself to be sucked back into the “what-is-itis” syndrome! Especially when the phone rings several times every day from creditors, reminded daily of my poor choice in love (and the lack of the true meaning instead of a tool of manipulation) which also put me in the current financial (lack) state BUT it is my thinking & emotions that lead me here, and new, better feeling thoughts & emotions can lead me out! Now, just trying to find the “hook” that can help me separate my thoughts & feelings from “what-is” so that “THIS” stops getting fed more fuel to keep me stuck here. It is funny how when I am able to start easing my way free that is when the phone rings or another nagging / complaining email is received or something else to knock / pull me back. The timing can’t be coincidental because it happens too often!
Should I Leave or Should I Stay…? It is very empowering to discover that your patterns of thought do not have to follow your current situation, and therefore your current situation (on all subjects) can change. . . . We do not recommend taking the physical action of leaving a relationship without deliberately coming into thought alignment with the new desires that have been born out of your current relationship. And then – whether you stay in this relationship or move on to another – you can have exactly what you desire.

Overcoming and “seeing and feeling” and taking my thoughts beyond my current circumstances and knowing THIS can take me beyond and free me from the undesired on the one hand gives me hope for a brighter ad better future….but at the same time so much work needs to be done to clean up the mess that is my life now gives me feeling of hopelessness and frustration. But I cannot allow myself to be consumed by these circumstances and the daily stress they create in my life. I seek that quiet place to free myself from the noise and chaos long enough to reach, see, and feel that which is desired and Be That Now!

Now to find more things for my heart to sing about and more things to appreciate that can raise me above the level of frustration that I feel every day as more challenges / problems remind me of their presence or find “friends” to add to the party. It is a challenging task yet one that I know must be done to “Allow Well-being”! If there is too much static then a clear signal / picture can not be sent and received…..
Be Careful What You Ask For
How often have you been completely clear that you wanted to have a perfect job or relationship? How often have you gotten this “special thing” and it turned out to be a huge challenge? One of the important lessons of my life has been to stop “outlining.” By that I mean to cease being so specific about my requests of Spirit that there is no room for divine intervention. I can actually track the number of times I had to have something and the universe, which always says yes, gave me exactly what I wanted. *What I got was the reflection of my current consciousness.* The good news is that I have always been a manifester and so amazing adventures appeared. The interesting news is that every belief came into form. Where I felt limited, my life reflected back lack.
The world reflects consciousness. Please remember that desires often reflect beliefs. I spoke about wholeness, but I believed in scarcity. I believe the perfect prayer is to ask for the highest and best for our lives.
Examine what you are “wanting.” Then, invite Spirit to expand you and give you the highest and best for your life.

How many times have I been standing in line at the Spiritual Customer Service Counter saying “Uh, THIS is not what I ordered / asked for” but obvious where I was at that moment in time & vibration, it was!
The biggest challenge now is I find myself stepping back and looking at my life overall and ask “How the hell did I end up here?” That is a difficult pill (and big) knowing that “I” put myself here by sloppy thinking and luke warm desires or just desires I did Believe I could have and thus just accepted the current situation as the best I was going to get. But I know there is better and I can have better, I just need to BELIEVE better!
So now that what I have now is definitely what I do not want, I am struggling with getting a clearer picture of what I do want….I see the pieces but not yet the Whole…..
Abraham: Whenever you feel negative emotion, that is your Emotional Guidance System giving you an indication that you are, in that moment, looking at negative aspects of something, and in doing so, you are depriving yourself of something wanted.

It is at times difficult to accept responsibility knowing that I am blocking my own good (desires) because I choose to entertain and continue to give attention to the negative circumstances and situations instead of seeing past the undesired and see the Light in the darkness of the Desired….
I am trying to be more aware of “seeing” evidence that my thinking, feeling and vibrations are going in the correct direction. But I also have seen other evidence of my current vibration, not related to my desires but more of just where I am currently (Ex: A friend has asked me to help her learn English, and now within the past couple of days two more friends have approached me with the same interest in learning English better, neither of them knows I am currently helping a friend. So I guess its kind of obvious one of the currently active vibrations. I am sure just like an antenna, we can “vibrate” at multiple frequencies in different areas of our lives. Some areas “working as desired” while other areas needing “much work”! But I am aware of the most prominent active vibration and that is of “Lack” as I see lack in many areas of my life even down to my Blackberry constantly running our of memory, even after deleting an app very little space if freed and then I am back to being out of memory again and thus delete another app. Yes, small but an obvious indicator of that “Lack” vibration. And a source of daily frustration as I do not have money to upgrade to a newer device which has more memory. Yes, I will acknowledge that the correct thinking in this situation is I should be “feeling good” about having the new the Blackberry I desire. Yes, while small compared to the larger problems but a good place to start in building Faith, Hope, Confidence in the Source. Granted all the undesired is also evidence of the Source working on the lower vibrations…time to start “tweaking”!
You cannot criticize or blame or complain when you are in Joy. You cannot be afraid when you are in Joy. You cannot speak negatively when you are in Joy. You cannot harm another when you are in Joy. Negativity cannot reach you when you are in Joy. When you are in Joy you are compassionate. When you are in Joy you are considerate and caring. When you are in Joy you love others. Also must not let the place that I am standing keep me “stuck here” by giving this place too much of my attention and not where it needs to be which is on what I want! And also need to be sure the Spiritual Hailing Frequencies are open…..
While it is obvious that a good-feeling body makes for a more pleasant physical experience, we want you to understand that finding pleasant things to focus upon also makes for a good-feeling body.
However, most humans are approaching the subject of their physical well-being in a backward manner. Most people who are experiencing physical ailments let their physical condition dictate their mental attitude. In other words, their emotions are responsive to their physical condition. When they are in pain, they offer emotions of frustration, worry, anger, or fear. They want the condition to improve so that their emotional state can improve.
Any illness, or departure from physical well-being, begins at a cellular level—but the overwhelming propensity of your cells is that of thriving. All day, every day, your cells are reclaiming balance at such refined and subtle levels that most people are completely unaware of the power and intelligence of their cellular bodies.
Focusing upon good-feeling objects of attention is the most effective way of providing the optimum environment for allowing unhindered cellular communication and the ultimate thriving of your physical body.

And this would apply not only to just physical ailments but to feelings of exhaustion and fatigue. It is “challenging” to find those better “Good Feelings” when dealing with the “Booty Drag Syndrome” on a daily basis along the feelings of irritability and frustration. The irony is that the fatigue and exhaustion are due to working longer hours at work to make extra money while KNOWING that my paycheck(s) are not the Source of Abundance and Prosperity, yet I continue working the long hours, counting days to the next payday. Funy how one area impacts another which impacts another and so one. Tomorrow is holiday and my thoughts were to try to use this day for much overdue Spiritual work personal projects that I have not had any time to reserach and work on and now I have already been asked to maybe work tomorrow. So I guess my vibration of needing to work so much to make extra money is creating more work for me to work. Funny how that works and then trying to “feel” my way out of this…..
